Cod marinated with soju and Vegetarian Aglio Olio

So the other day I was inspired to cook and I made two dishes which we both really liked!

Baked Cod and Aglio Olio. Its really simple.

Get a nice piece of cod and marinate it (for half an hour) with

1) Soju (1 oz of soju or any white wine)

2) Lemon juice (1/2 a small lemon)

3) slice up pieces of tomatos

4) Cube some carrots

5) Dash of black pepper

6) Dash of salt

Then bake it for like 30 mins. Violaaaaaa you have awesome cod with no fishy smell or taste!

The Aglio Olio was even easier. Choose any pasta of choice and cook to desired texture. Set aside to cool. Use around 2 table spoons of olive oil and fry liberal amounts of minced garlic. Stir in kale and peas after 1 minute, then add in cooked pasta! Just before serving add in desired amount of Parmesan cheese and drizzle some extra virgin oil and here you go! Aglio Olio!
